Out of Hours Service
South East Health Limited
The Out of Hours service is provided by South East Health Ltd (formerly Stourcare) and operates from 6:30 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. Monday to Friday and all day at weekends and on bank holidays. The out of hours duty nurse or doctor may offer advice over the phone, ask you to visit the base at the QEQM Hospital in Margate, or in exceptional circumstances, visit you at home.

NHS Direct
Patients who need advice at any time can ring NHS Direct on 0800 4647. You can also get up to date swine flu advice by clicking on the NHS Direct link above.
Extended Hours
The practice is open outside normal working hours for patients who cannot get to their doctor during the normal working day. Appointments must be made in advance and access to the surgery is restricted only to those with appointments. These appointments are available on Saturday mornings, some late evenings and an early morning. Please ring reception for advice or read the blog on this website.
