The Practice
The Grange practice is one of two general practice partnerships situated in Dumpton Park Drive, Ramsgate. It is located on the lower ground floor of the Montefiore Medical Centre, the top two floors of which are home to East Cliff Practice. There are two entrances to the Grange Practice, which are clearly identified. The rear entrance leads directly into the Grange Practice, whereas the front entrance (using the bridge) takes patients on to the level above. Patients must then descend using the stairs or lift to reach our practice.

The practice moved to its present site from West Cliff Road in 2006 and has a list size of some 11,000 patients. The Montefiore Medical Centre together with Paydens Pharmacy, has been designed and equipped to the latest NHS premises’ standards and is an impressive and modern primary care centre. It was named after the highly respected and admired Sir Moses Montefiore (1784 to 1885).

The Practice list is currently closed and new patients are not being accepted. This will be reviewed in May 2012.
